Radio Liberty resumes broadcasts in Armenia
Good news from Yerevan - I just learned that after two weeks of imposed ban, Radio Liberty resumed broadcasts via its normal FM frequency in Yerevan. For the first time during the 'state of emergency', Armenians were able to listen to independent news (main evening programme of Radio Liberty) via normal routes.
